• Estimate Source: manual, market_chameleon, or other
• Estimate Type: single or range
• For single estimates: Use "Estimated Amount" column
• For range estimates: Use "Estimate Low" and "Estimate High" columns
• Actual Amount: Leave blank if not paid yet
• Notes: Optional additional information
